As a steward of the vision, David leads the Office of Connectional Ministries in helping align staff and program resources to what the conference sets itself to become. “An approved legislation would not mean much until we are able to live it out”. Serving also as the Conference Communicator, David assists individuals and churches in making connections with Boards and Agencies throughout the denomination and beyond. He can also assist with your electronic connections! Some of the groups he directly works with includes: Cabinet, Connectional Table, Personnel Committee, Conference Sessions Planning Committee, Communications Commission, Disaster Response and the OCM Technology Team.

Patrick is available to assist local churches in visioning, planning and implementing ministries to and with youth and young adults. He regularly consults with churches as they work through transitions, provides training opportunities for workers in the field, and supports connectional youth and young adult ministries. He is also responsible for overseeing the current development of the conference website.
Patrick supports the work of these Boards & Agencies: Conference Council on Youth Ministries, Conference Council on Young Adult Ministries, Board of Higher Education and Campus Ministry, Communication Commission, Conference Board of Church and Society, and the Board of Discipleship.

Ellen promotes and manages the resources and operation of the Regional Media Center to local church members, staff and clergy. She assists with questions about purchasing new resources and use of existing video and DVD media to enhance church ministry. With more than 3,000 titles in the media library, there is sure to be a helpful resource for you. There are many benefits to becoming a member of the R egional Media Center. Cost is based on the size of the congregation; the Regional Media Center is supported by The Pacific Northwest and Oregon Annual Conferences thus decreasing the cost to local congregations.
