Registration is now closed for our 2024 Annual Conference Session!
All clergy and lay members of the annual conference, regardless of whether you attend in person at Central United Protestant Church in Richland, Washington, or online, must register to be able to participate. The registration deadline was Wednesday, May 1, 2024, for those planning to attend in person, or May 15, for those participating online.
The Conference will begin with Opening Worship at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, and end with a Service for the Ordering of Ministry starting at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 16. Additional schedule details will be published on the ‘Schedule’ page in the coming weeks.
Voting credentials and Zoom links will be sent via email before the start of the conference. Due to the nature of the event, exceptions to the deadlines mentioned above must be approved in advance by your district superintendent.

About Annual Conference
In case this is your first time encountering the Annual Conference, ¶ 601 of The United Methodist Book of Discipline defines “the purpose of the annual conference is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world by equipping its local churches for ministry and by providing a connection for ministry beyond the local church; all to the glory of God.”
While much of our connectional work happens throughout the course of the calendar year, this important meeting in the life of the PNWAC helps us to remember where we’ve been, reorient ourselves to each other, and set a course moving into the future together; all to the glory of God!
