Registration today for our 2024 Pacific Northwest Annual Conference Session!

Registration is now open for our 2024 annual conference session. It costs $20 for those wishing to attend online and $175 for those wishing to participate in person. In-person registration includes five meals: dinner on Thursday and lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday.

All clergy and lay members of the annual conference, regardless of whether you attend in person at Central United Protestant Church in Richland, Washington, or online, must register to be able to participate. The registration deadline is Wednesday, May 1, 2024, if you plan to attend in person, or May 15, if you participate online.

The Conference will begin with Opening Worship at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, and end with a Service for the Ordering of Ministry starting at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 16. Additional schedule details will be published on the ‘Schedule’ page in the coming weeks.

Voting credentials and Zoom links will be sent via email before the start of the conference. Due to the nature of the event, exceptions to these deadlines must be approved in advance by your district superintendent.

Information about several hotels offering group rates for our members can be found on this page of our website. Each hotel has its room limitations, so please book early.

About Annual Conference

In case this is your first time encountering the Annual Conference, ¬∂ 601 of The United Methodist Book of Discipline defines “the purpose of the annual conference is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world by equipping its local churches for ministry and by providing a connection for ministry beyond the local church; all to the glory of God.”

While much of our connectional work happens throughout the course of the calendar year, this important meeting in the life of the PNWAC helps us to remember where we’ve been, reorient ourselves to each other, and set a course moving into the future together; all to the glory of God!
