Aldersgate UMC (Bellevue, WA): Full-Time Children, Youth, and Family Ministries Director

Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Bellevue, Washington, is seeking to hire a full-time Children, Youth, and Family Ministries Director.

Applicant Requirements:

• Be an enthusiastic, progressive Christian with a passion for working with children, youth, and families.
• Have a strong ability to direct and delegate volunteers.
• Have organizational and communication skills, education, and experience required to work successfully with church leadership, the CYF Ministry Team, and church members. These include:
• A minimum of 1 year experience in CYF ministry or related field
• Knowledge of child development and current youth culture
• BA degree, related field preferred.
• Able to develop, implement, and oversee programs for children, youth, and families in support of the ministry of AUMC. Programs to include, but are not limited to Sunday School, Youth Group, Vacation Bible School, Confirmation classes, etc.
