Provisional Conference Schedule

As different parts of the Annual Conference Session are set into place, they will be added to the schedule on this page. Everything is subject to change, but every effort will be made to keep this page up to date.

PNW Annual Conference Sessions

Thursday thru Saturday, June 26-28, 2025

The sessions will be hybrid with online voting and hosted at Bothell United Methodist Church in Bothell, WA. The sessions are expected to begin early on Thursday, June 26 and end midday on Saturday, June 28, 2025.

We anticipate that some conference boards and agencies may plan pre-conference meetings on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Times for Focus Sessions and other pre-conference meetings wil be added to this page as soon as they are set.

Members will be sent Zoom links and voting information during the week preceding annual conference along with other materials essential for their participation.

A livestream of most of the proceedings will be available for remote viewers on this website.

Day Two | Friday, June 27, 2025

11:10 a.m.	Retirees Worship/Celebration	Bothell UMC Sanctuary & Livestreaming Preacher: Rev. Megan Madsen
Noon	Lunch	Served in Bothell UMC Fellowship Hall
1:30 p.m.	Plenary cont.	Bothell High School (Theater), Zoom & Livestreaming
3:00 p.m.	Break & Transition	Movement during break to church
3:30 p.m.	Plenary cont.	Bothell UMC Sanctuary, Zoom & Livestreaming
5:30 p.m.	Dinner	Served in Bothell UMC Fellowship Hall
6 p.m.	Ministry Fair	Bothell UMC church grounds
7:30 p.m.	Plenary Session (if needed)	Bothell UMC Sanctuary, Zoom & Livestreaming

Day Three | Saturday, June 28, 2025

9 a.m.	District Gatherings	Bothell UMC, locations TBA
10 a.m.	Break/Clergy Robing	Bothell UMC Ordained clergy (elders and deacons) are invited to participate in the procession for the ordination and commissioning service. You will need to wear a robe and a red stole and can robe up in the fellowship hall.
