The 2025 Pacific Northwest Annual Conference Session will gather online and in person in June to worship together and prayerfully conduct its business.

All clergy and lay members of the annual conference, regardless of whether you attend in person at Bothell United Methodist Church in Bothell, Washington, or online, must register to be able to participate.

Registration for Annual Conference 2025 is now live. Clergy and lay members of the annual conference must register to participate. The registration deadline is Wednesday, May 14, 2025, if you plan to attend in person, or Friday, May 30, to participate online.

If you are a voting member, you should have received an email with registration information. If you believe you are a voting member but did not receive the email, please reach out to your district administrator as soon as possible to receive direction.

The sessions are expected to begin early on Thursday, June 26 and end midday on Saturday, June 28, 2025. We anticipate that some conference boards and agencies may plan pre-conference meetings on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Additional details will be published on the ‘Schedule’ page in the coming weeks.

Voting credentials and Zoom links will be sent via email before the start of the conference. Due to the nature of the event, exceptions to the deadlines mentioned above must be approved in advance by your district superintendent.

Registration is also required for in-person guests. That registration is expected to open on May 15, pending availability and facility capacity limits. Online guests can watch the livestream at pnwumc.org/ac2025.
