From the North:

• Take I-5 South to Exit 151 (S 200 St/Military Rd.)
• Turn left at Military Rd S.
• Turn Right at S 216th St.
• Follow S. 216th Street to 11 Avenue South (Wesley Homes Health Care Center is on your right and the Des Moines Library is on your left).
• Make a right turn into the Wesley Home Health Care Center
• Continue straight back even after the stop sign, and follow the large green signs to the Conference Office parking area.

From the South:

• Take I-5 North to Exit 149B to Des Moines, this is the WA-516 W Exit.
• Merge onto S Kent-Des Moines Rd.
• Turn Right at Pacific Hwy S.
• Turn Left onto S 216th St (Bartell’s Drug Store on same side of street).
• Follow S. 216th Street to 11 Avenue South (Wesley Homes Health Care Center is on your right and the Des Moines Library is on your left).
• Make a right turn into the Wesley Home Health Care Center
• Continue straight back even after the stop sign, and follow the large green signs to the Conference Office parking area.
