Trinity UMC offers needed respite care program for Sequim families living with dementia
Twice a week, Tim’s Place in Sequim provides its respite ministry for individuals with memory loss and their caregivers. Founded by Trinity UMC in 2019, the program offers care, activities, and support through a community-based volunteer model, ensuring essential break time for caregivers. New podcast exploring preaching launched by PNW pastor
Over the summer, Rev. Meredith Gudger Raines, pastor at Marysville United Methodist Church, began pursuing the idea of a podcast that would unravel the mystery of sermon writing. This week, that podcast is launching with three episodes featuring conversations with colleagues about their sermon-writing approach, their congregations, and the communities they hope to nurture and serve.
