Information Needed from District Membership Nurture and Outreach

(or presidents if your district does not have an MNO)

As we prepare for our Annual Gathering, we will honor those members who have passed away since our last meeting. Since you will be organizing your district’s memorial service, it should not be too difficult to provide the information I request for the conference memorial service. Please send me a list of members who have passed away since our last conference meeting. List their name and their church unit. I need this information by the end of August at the latest. Earlier is fine, too. If you need to send an update in September, names can be added. I am also asking that those MNO coordinators or a representative from your district assist me at the memorial service. There will not be a speaking part. I will give you more information closer to the gathering.

We would also like to recognize units that are no longer active. If units in your district have chosen to dissolve in this last year, please provide that information as well as the above information.
