Superintendent Daniel Foster announces his intention to assign Certified Lay Minister Scott Rosekrans as the minister of Port Hadlock Community United Methodist Church, effective July 1, 2016.
Scott presently serves in several capacities at his home church of Port Townsend: Trinity UMC.
