Bishop Elaine JW Stanovsky intends to appoint the Rev. Tom Peterson as Pastor of Sand Point Community United Methodist Church in Seattle, Washington beginning July 1, 2019.
Rev. Peterson is currently serving Centralia United Methodist Church in Centralia, Washington.
It was previously announced that the Rev. Nico Romeijn-Stout, who currently serves Sand Point, will be appointed to Girdwood Chapel United Methodist Church in Alaska.
