Bishop Elaine J.W. Stanovsky intends to appoint the Rev. Lilia Felicitas-Malana as Pastor of the Monitor and Cashmere United Methodist Churches in central Washington beginning July 1, 2018.
Rev. Felicitas-Malana is currently serving Cashmere United Methodist Church.
