Bishop Grant Hagiya announces his intent to appoint the Rev. Kathy Raines as the Pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church, East Wenatchee, effective July 1, 2016.
Rev. Raines, an ordained elder in the Oregon-Idaho Conference, currently serves as the pastor of Caldwell United Methodist Church in Idaho.
