Bishop Elaine J.W. Stanovsky intends to appoint Drew Frisbie as Pastor of the Bay View and Sedro-Woolley: Central United Methodist Churches, effective July 1, 2020.
Frisbie currently serves as Youth & Family Pastor at Anacortes United Methodist Church.
