LIT Training
The Camp (Leader-in-Training) LIT program is a training program for youth interested in serving as a camp leader (small group leader) for church camp. Each LIT will work with a more experienced Small Group Leader who will be the “mentor” for the camp experience.
Each of our 4 conference campsites will use Camp LIT's during camps for younger age campers. Typical Responsibilities include: Supervision of campers; assisting with bedtime routines; leading games, activities and songs; and attending staff meetings. You may apply to be a Camp LIT at any or all of the campsites.
